Virtual Option
All sessions from the Annual Meeting will be recorded and made available following the conference as on-demand videos. Registration for on-demand content will open following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. Registration fees for on-demand content will be $99 for INPCS members and $199 for non-members. In-person registration will also include access to on-demand videos.
Hotel Information
Registration for the INPCS Annual Meeting does not include hotel accommodations. INPCS has reserved a block of rooms at the Downtown Minneapolis Hilton, our host hotel, for a rate of $249.00 per night. Reservations must be made by August 29, 2023. Hotel Room Sharing
INPCS does not make arrangements for attendees to share a hotel room. Cancellation – Risk Free Registration through July 14th
INPCS is offering risk free registration through Friday, July 14, 2023. Cancellation requests for the INPCS Annual Meeting registrations received by July 14, 2023 will receive a full refund with no penalty fees. After July 14th, no refunds will be offered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing in info@inpcs.org. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.
Discounted Registration Based on Country of Residence
Discounted registration may be available depending upon the attendee's country of residence. Please click here to view a list of World Bank countries to see if your country of residence qualifies for complimentary registration fees. If you qualify, please contact the INPCS Executive Office at info@inpcs.org prior to registering for your own unique coupon code.
Financial Hardship Scholarships
INPCS desires that this meeting be open and available to everyone who wishes to attend. If a financial hardship is preventing you from registering, please email info@inpcs.org. Scholarships are available, and confidentiality will be maintained. If you are interested in providing a scholarship for someone to attend, please email info@inpcs.org.

Event Modification or Cancellation
